I make this for my daughter's babysitter. It's a rich chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream filling covered in chocolate fondant and finished off with a gum paste bow.
I made this cake to test out my new textured rolling pin. The bottom tier is chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling and the top tier is a white cake with raspberry filling. Both tiers are frosted with vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant. The lilies are 1/2 gum paste & 1/2 fondant.
