Gift Box Cake

This cake was for a Bridal Shower.  The bridesmaides dresses were ivory.  The bottom tier
is vanilla cake with raspberry filling and the top is chocolate with vanilla buttercream.  Covered
in fondant and the bow is 1/2 fondant & 1/2 gumpast.

This cake was for our babysitters 14th birthday.  She loves volleyball, lacrosse & skiing.  This
was my first attempt and modeling a figure/person.  I was rushed at the end to finish due an
unexpected/unplanned trip from NY to PA.  Next time I'll do better.

This cake is for my good friend's other son; who is turning 10.  He asked for a Sonic the Hedgehog Cake.
I found this idea online.  The bottom is vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream and the top is vanilla cake.  Covered in fondant.  All decorations are made of fondant.

Batman Cake

This is a super simple batman cake.  I wanted to mount the batman symbol on sticks to stand up
but I ran out of time and this cake had to travel.  The cake is vanilla with vanilla buttercream filling.
The batman symbol is yellow fondant and gumpaste and the bat is fondant.  The cake is covered in
fondant.

Buck Cake

This cake was for my good friend's, son's 12th birthday.  He loves hunting with his dad.  He
He asked for a Buck Cake.  I've never done one but this is what I came up with.  The deer
head is rice krispie treats with peanut butter fondant.  Bottom layer is vanilla cake with vanilla
buttercream filling and the top tier is chocolate with vanilla buttercream filling.
