This cake I did on the fly. Saturday at 5pm my neighbor came over and needed a baby shower cake for Sunday. This is what I came up with in such a short amount of time. I finished at 10:30pm Satuday night. It's a 2 layer sheet cake (1/2 chocolate & 1/2 white) filled and frosted with chocolate buttercream. The bear is white cake with vanilla buttercream and a fondant diaper.
